JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 05-02-2020 The petitioners, who are Panchayat Teachers, have not been paid arrears of salary and their current salary with effect from November, 2018 even though they are working regularly as Panchayat Teachers.

Several representations made by the petitioners before concerned authorities have yielded no result. No reasons also have been assigned by the authorities for not

Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court directs the petitioners to make a suitable representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Madhubani within a period of two weeks, who on receipt of the same shall verify the facts and shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of four weeks thereafter. The petitioners shall be apprised of such decision.

With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
