JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and approach the concerned court for grant of regular bail. Accordingly, it is directed that in case the petitioners surrender before the concerned court within a period of two weeks from today, the concerned court shall consider the prayer of the petitioners for grant of regular bail and dispose off the same on the same day considering the fact that there is a general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners herein.
