The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 169 of 2017 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The seized material has not been recovered from the shop of this petitioner. Further submission is that no test identification parade has been done. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
