ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 03-02-2026 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with a leave to file fresh representation before the Insurance Company i.e. Respondent No. 3 herein.

2. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with a leave to the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 3 by way of a representation

Patna High Court CWJC No.250 of 2024(5) dt.03-02-2026 2/2 ventilating his grievance within a period of 4 weeks from today. On such representation being made, the authority shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law. Any decision taken by the Insurance Company, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision taken by the Insurance Company, he is free to agitate his rights before the Grievance Redressal Officer, Insurance Ombudsman, Lalit Bhawan, Bailey Road, Patna (Respondent No. 1).

4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the facts or merits of the case and leaving all the questions to be raised and decided by the authority.

5. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
