JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-11-2019 The petitioner asserts that his father died in harness on 12.05.2015 while working as an Orderly in Middle School, Maksudpur, Munger. Soon after the death of his father, an application was made for compassionate appointment with clear plea that no one in the family was having any other source of income/employment.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that till date no decision has been taken. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction that let a decision be taken on the petitioner's claim for appointment on compassionate ground within six months from the date of
