2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 81 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 411, 412, 414, 332, 333 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 8(c)/120(b)(ii)(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had earlier moved before this Court for grant of bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 27080 of 2021, which was dismissed vide order dated 03.12.2021.

4. By way of filing the present criminal miscellaneous, the petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3742 of 2023(3) dt.22-02-2023 2/2 bail.

5. Vide order dated 18.01.2023, a report regarding stage of trial was called for from the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Gopalganj and in compliance of the same, learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Gopalganj has informed this Court vide Letter No. 20 dated 21.01.2023 that cognizance has been taken on 15.11.2022 and summons have already been issued against absentee accused.

6. Considering the nature of allegation and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the bail application stands dismissed.
