2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 419, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment on the post of "Special Survey Amin" on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was appointed as Special Survey Amin after investigation of all her education certificates by the concerned department, but later on, same have been declared as forged and fabricated without proper verification or giving any notice to the petitioner. Moreover, the petitioner has already been terminated from service vide Memo No. 1818 dated 21.07.2022 issued by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79944 of 2023(2) dt.10-01-2024 2/2 the Directorate, Land Records and Measurement, Bihar, Patna. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No.798 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
