2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 265 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 457, 380, 411 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that petitioner has stolen several articles, Rs. 920/-, one mobile, jhumka and identity card of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, charge sheet has already been submitted against this petitioner, nothing was recovered from the possession of this petitioner and the

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 265 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - III, Samastipur.
