2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No.99 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 448, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is to have assaulted the informant along with other co-accused persons.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that no specific allegation has been levelled against this petitioner. It is submitted that from perusal of injury report that injury found on the body of the injured is pain and swelling only. It is further

5. Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused persons namely Shiv Kanti Devi and Rakesh Mahto have been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 25658 of 2024 vide order dated 26.04.2024, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No.99 of 2022 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.
