The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Excise Case No.7458 of 2019 arising out of Jakkanpur P. S. Case No. 543 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Considering that alleged recovery of about 34 litres of Indian Made Foreign liquor was neither from conscious possession of the petitioner nor from his house and he is in custody since 20.08.2019, the prayer is allowed. The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge,
