The petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2019 in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 163 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the first information report as he was merely a driver of the Car. It is further submitted that the petitioner's name has surfaced on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Prabhat Shankar Kumar but the petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged occurrence. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
