This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Banuchhapar O.P.) PS case no. 638 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(B), 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail. Liberty so sought, is granted.
Considering the fact that there is no serious

No.4203 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 allegation levelled against the petitioner herein, inasmuch as he has merely been alleged to have pressed the neck of the husband of the informant by his feet, however, he has not been alleged to have assaulted either the informant or her husband or her family members, it is directed that the learned trial court shall consider and dispose off the bail petition, to be filed by the petitioner, on the very same day.
Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
