2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted with sword on the neck of informant which hit his cheek and ear due to which he sustained injury . Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .

No.81505 of 2024(3) dt.23-01-2025 2/2 of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today , let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J M 1st Saran at Chapra in connection with Awatarnagar P.S.
