JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chausa P. S. Case No. 97 of 2017 registered under Sections 354-D, 504, 506 and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no truth behind the allegation made in the FIR. The FIR is completely vague and nothing has been stated as to how and when the petitioner exploited the informant. He submitted that the wife of the petitioner had earlier instituted complaint against the informant of the case, pursuant to which a

Considering the nature of allegation and the submissions made above, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Uda-Kishunganj, DistrictMadhepura in Chausa P. S. Case No. 97 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today.
