2. The present case has been filed renewing the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in connection with Sadar (Sonaki O.P.) P.S. Case No.171 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (in short 'IPC'). Later on, Section 302 IPC was also added. The petitioner has got one criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph '3' of the application.

3. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been refused by this Court in his three attempts, the last being Cr.Misc.No.86514 of 2023.

4. In course of hearing of the matter, it transpired that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81940 of 2024(3) dt.26-02-2026 2/2 now the evidences have already been recorded and the case is being heard at the trial court.

5. This being the position as the trial itself is likely to be concluded very soon and the hearing is going on in the learned trial court, I find no reason to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.

6. The learned trial court is expected to proceed with the hearing keeping in view the recent judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of The Central Bureau of Investigation Vs. Mir Usman @ Ara @ Mir Usman Ali passed in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No(s). 969 of 2025 and conclude the trial as early as possible.
