The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kudra P.S. Case No.301/2017, G.R. No.2867 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 430 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that he found water filled in his field. When the informant inquired from the petitioner, the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant, causing injury on his both hands.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is own first cousin of the informant. On account of land dispute, some scuffle took place. The injury found on the person of the informant is simple in nature, which would appear from the order of learned Sessions Judge.

No.11537 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact that petitioner happens to be first cousin of informant and injury found on the person of informant is simple in nature, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Bhabua, in connection with Kudra P.S.
