The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2022, is a person with clean antecedent.

The informant alleges that on 29.08.2022 while he was returning from Pipra Block and when he reached near Dubiyahi at around 7.30 P.M. when all of a sudden he was surrounded by three motorcycle borne criminal, with their faces covered with masks, who snatched his ATM, Driving License,

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that FIR is against unknown and as such he was not arrested from the spot and his name transpired in the confessional statement which has no evidentiary value.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, is a person with clean antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 258 of 2022.
