The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dhaka P.S. Case No.366 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The police apprehended two persons namely Vikki Paswan and Dharmendra Thakur from whose possession 66 liters liquor was recovered. The apprehended accused persons disclosed the name of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid that the petitioner was not apprehended on the spot and nothing has been recovered from

No.5382 of 2018 (2) dt.07-02-2018 the possession of the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Dhaka P.S.
