2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 161 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Though nine persons are said to have assaulted the victim but only one injury has been found upon the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 13.09.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81112 of 2024(2) dt.18-12-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 161 of 2019.
