JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 13-10-2023 The present petition has been filed to renew the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner which was earlier rejected vide order dated 06.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52147 of 2021.

It is a case of commission of kidnapping the daughter of the informant by the petitioner and others. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. For the alleged occurrence of 08.08.2020, F.I.R was registered on 17.08.2020. Considering the fact that the victim girl in her 164 Cr.P.C statement has specifically alleged against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of

The petitioner is directed to surrender before learned Court below and pray for regular bail.
