JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-12-2019 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 20 /2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per F.I.R. is that while the informant was coming after withdrawing Rs. 49,900/- from the Bank, two miscreants came and on the point of pistol snatched away Rs. 49,900/- and villagers disclosed the name of petitioner and coaccused. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and although he has been in custody since 14.06.2019 but he has not been put on Test Identification Parade and chargesheet has been submitted in this case and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed on him and co-accused Ripu Ranjan Kumar has already been

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 20 /2018 subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Trial Court.
