JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-12-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Excise Case No.1157 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.
Recovery of 144 liters of liquor from the Tampo and petitioner was arrested from there.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is handicapped person and as such, he could not flee away and there is nothing against him. He has falsely been implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent. He is in custody for more than 2 months. Charge sheet has been submitted.

No.70137 of 2019(2) dt.11-12-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions JudgeVII-Cum- Special Judge, Excise, Aurangabad, in connection with Excise Case No.1157 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned with condition to co-operate in disposal of the trial.
