Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No.26/2019 for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the IPC.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing incriminating article has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner has surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender in the Court below within a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73651 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2020 2/2 period of four weeks in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No.26/2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ, Vth, Gopalganj, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
