20-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Aurangabad (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 166 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, on 17-07-2019, the tractor of the informant, bearing registration no. BR26GA-3477, was stolen from the door at around 1:30 in the night and F.I.R. was lodged against unknown, however; during course of investigation, one Abhishek Kumar was apprehended and in his confessional statement, he disclosed the name of petitioner and other, as his associates. Petitioner is also accused in other two cases of same nature. The investigation, in the present case, is still going on.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69678 of 2019(2) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 has falsely been implicated in the present case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as also the fact that petitioner is having criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant bail.

The prayer for bail stands rejected.
