2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(2), 191(2), 191(3), 352, 351(2), 329(3), 109 of the B.N.S.
3. The allegation in the first information report is that the petitioners along with other accused persons came at the house of the informant and have assaulted the informant and her

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are allegations of assault on ten accused persons including the present petitioners. There are specific allegations on these petitioners of having assaulted by means of lathi, iron rod etc., however the injury report which is annexed as Annexure-3 would show that the injury sustained by the informant and her family members are all simple in nature. It is further submitted that there is an old land dispute between the parties and Title Suit is pending adjudication and the present case is only counter blast of Chanan P.S. Case No. 47 of 2025 (Annexure-2) lodged against the informant and her family members wherein it has been stated that the petitioners have also sustained injuries.
5. Learned APP for the State opposed the grant of anticipatory bail on the basis of allegation made in the first information report.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and considering the fact that there is a case and counter case as also title suit is pending between the parties and both the parties are agnates and the injuries sustained by the informant and her family members are simple in nature, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of

No.77224 of 2025(2) dt.27-11-2025 3/3 their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 48 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C/ Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
