JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that incriminating articles were recovered from possession of the petitioner, who does have criminal antecedent of six cases, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 749 of 2019 stands rejected.
