2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 07.11.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 71312 of 2023.
3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 318 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 506 of the Indian Penal Code; Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act and Sections 66(c), 66(d), 66(e), 67, 67(a) of the I.T. Act.

4. As per learned counsel for the petitioner, the trial of the petitioner is almost complete. It has further been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim has not supported the prosecution story and she has said in her deposition that she got married to the petitioner on 22.05.2023 but now she is staying in the remand home.
5. Considering the statement of the victim girl, this application is allowed.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Exclusive Special Court, POCSO, Rohtas at Sasaram/ concerned Court in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 318 of 2023.
