The present modification application has been filed for modifying the order dated 07.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40948 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to inadvertent typographical error the name of the father of the petitioner no. 1 was mentioned as Teji Mahto @ Jayant Mahto @ Jayanti Kumar and the name of the father of petitioner no. 2 was also mentioned as Teji Mahto @ Jayant Mahto @ Jayanti Kumar but the correct name of the father of petitioner no. 1 is Teji Mahto and of petitioner no. 2 is Shiv Nath Mahto.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9129 of 2023(4) dt.22-03-2023 2/2 Let the name of the father of the petitioner no. 1 should be treated and read as "Teji Mahto" instead of Teji Mahto @ Jayant Mahto @ Jayanti Kumar and the name of the father of the petitioner no. 2 should also be treated and read as "Shiv Nath Mahto" instead of Teji Mahto @ Jayant Mahto @ Jayanti Kumar.

Order dated 07.11.2022 is modified only to the above extent.

The time for surrender and furnishing bail bond granted in terms of the order dated 07.11.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 40948 of 2022 is further extended by two weeks from today. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
