2. The petitioner has put to challenge selection of respondent No.10 as Anganbari Sevika for Anganbari Centre, Aropur in Ward No.3 in Amaithi Paqnchayat in the District of Gaya.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the said post was though reserved

Patna High Court CWJC No.23662 of 2019(2) dt.29-11-2019 2/2 for a woman belonging to Scheduled Caste category, respondent No.10 has been appointed, ignoring the reservation policy.

4. The petitioner has approached Child Development Project Officer, Wazirganj by making an application on 16.09.2019, the petitioner contends. It appears that she has filed an application before the District Programme Officer, Gaya, in this regard on 18.09.2019.

5. Considering the nature of grievance, which the petitioner has sought and the fact that the petitioner has approached the Child Project Development Officer, Wazirganj and the District Programme Officer, Gaya, this application is disposed of with a direction that let District Programme Officer consider the petitioner's grievance and take a final decision within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
