JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-04-2018 The petitioner has sought cancellation of bail which has been granted to opposite party No. 2 by order dated 17.08.2017, passed by learned Sessions Judge, Katihar in A.B.P. No. 1261 of 2017 in connection with Katihar (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. case No. 72 of 2017 which was instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner/informant has alleged that he had given Rs. 4,00,000/- to opposite party No. 2 for being

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6182 of 2018 (2) dt.04-04-2018 2/2 appointed as a teacher in Madarsa, but his name was not sent by the opposite party No. 2 for appointment/approval of appointment.

The learned Sessions Judge, Katihar on being informed that the petitioner was taken into employment and also received salary till 15.09.2013 but was terminated from service because of the appointment not being approved by the Madarsa at Patna, granted anticipatory bail to the opposite party No. 2.

This Court finds no reason to interfere with the order granting anticipatory bail to the opposite party No. 2. The petition is dismissed.
