Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Tetarhat P.S.Case No.81 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 448, 341, 323, 354(4), 379, 308 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the written report, petitioners and others entered inside the house of the informant, assaulted him by lathi and rod and there is specific allegation against the other coaccused. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Lakhisarai in connection with Tetarhat P.S.Case No.81 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
