The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 370 of 2019 registered under Sections 324, 326, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that the informant, Raj Kali Devi, took Rs.25,000/- loan for doing business, Ranjeet Sahni asked her to give Rs.10,000/-, then, she refused by saying that she has taken loan of Rs.25,000/- for doing business on which Ranjeet Sahni caused injury through knife at the testicle of her husband, Jiya Lal Sahni. At that time, Sobhi Sahni caught hold of her

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73147 of 2019(2) dt.21-11-2019 2/2 husband, thereafter, Kiran Devi (petitioner no. 1) and petitioners 2 and 3 caused injury through the piece of wood to her husband. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that in fact it would appear from the first information report that only specific allegation is against Ranjeet Sahni to give knife blow at the testicle of the husband of the informant, but, no specific overt act has been attributed against petitioner no. 3. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of surrender/arrest, within a period of four weeks from today, in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 370 of 2019 shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, or the successor Court subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure Code.
