2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code later on Section 302 of the IPC was also added.
3. As per FIR, the allegation against the petitioners and co-accused persons is that they due to previous dispute came at the house of the informant and started abusing, upon protest petitioners caught hold the father-in-law of the informant and co-accused, namely, Sunny Singh inflicted four to five knife blows to his father-in-law due to which he

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They have falsely been implicated in this present case due to dirty village politics. There is no specific allegation of inflicting levelled against the petitioners rather it has been levelled against co-accused. It is further submitted that witnesses not supported the prosecution version. Similarly situated co-accused has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67403 of 2022. The petitioners is languishing in judicial custody since 02.07.2023.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of Bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as judicial custody, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
