Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 297 of 2017 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He submits that on account of grazing paddy in the field of informant, altercation took place in which informant sides sustained injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the injury sustained by the informant sides is simple in nature and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Considering the totality of facts situation, let the

No.13729 of 2018(2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 297 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
