2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:
"For quash the order dated 27.08.2013/13.09.2013 passed in Ceiling Case No. 01 of 2012-13 by the Court of Learned District Magistrate, Gaya whereby and whereunder the respondent No. 4 the District Magistrate, Gaya has rejected the petition of the petitioner assigning the reason that this authority is empowered to reopen the Ceiling Proceeding under U/S 45(B) of Bihar Land Reform Fixation of Ceiling Area & Acquisition
Patna High Court CWJC No.24635 of 2019(2) dt.16-12-2019 2/2 of Surplus Land Act 1961 and further be pleased to issue direction to the respondents to release the self purchased land of the petitioner declared surplus clubbing with the land of Jai Ram Giri.
(ii) For any other relief or reliefs as your Lordship may deed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition for moving before the statutory authorities, in accordance with law.
4. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
