The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 206 of 2019 registered under Section 201, 216, 413, 414, 467, 468, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 20(b)(ii)(a), 22 and 27(a) of the NDPS Act.

Considering that the petitioner was apprehended with a stolen Apache Motorcycle and from his possession 14 gms ganja was recovered, I am not inclined to grant him bail for the present. The application is rejected.

In case the trial is not concluded within seven months from the date of framing of charge, the petitioner would be at
