2. Pursuant to the last order dated 26.02.2024, Ms. Nandita Kumari, Circle Officer, Mehsi, East Champaran is present in the Court.

The reply of the respondent no. 7, the Executive Engineer, Muzaffarpur, Camp Hazipur, District-Vaishali as also of the Circle Officer, Mehsi are on record according to which, the Home (Police), Department, Bihar, Patna has issued memo no. 2650 dated 05.03.2024 by which an approval of Rs. 60 lakhs

Patna High Court CWJC No.1214 of 2023(12) dt.06-03-2024 2/2 has been made for the land of the petitioner detailed out in it with request to the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna to do the needful. The A.G., Bihar shall ensure payment at an earliest.

4. This Court is satisfied that the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with.

5. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be given liberty to approach appropriate authority, if he still has any grievance. The said liberty is always available to the aggrieved party, much less the petitioner herein.

6. C.W.J.C. No. 1214 of 2023 stands disposed of.

7. The personal appearance of the Circle Officer, Mehsi is dispensed with. This Court would also like to put on record its word of appreciation for Ms. Nandita Kumari, Circle Officer, Mehsi, East Champaran for the efforts she took to take the matter to its logical conclusion.
