ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 01-05-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the amounts due to the petitioner have been paid but without interest for the delay i.e. the date on which the bills were submitted till the date of actual payment. Learned counsel states that a direction may be given to the respondents authority to pay the interest of the delayed payment.
2. Having regard to the above, the present CWJC is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to make the representation to the respondents authority for payment of
Patna High Court CWJC No.16689 of 2023(6) dt.01-05-2025 2/2 interest of the delayed payment. On such representation being made, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law and necessary orders passed.
3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
