JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2018 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 267/2017, registered for offences punishable under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased and allegation is of causing dowry death of the deceased. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is military personnel and he was on leave at that time. It has further been submitted that the deceased committed suicide Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that there was demand of dowry and the death has occurred in the house of the petitioner and some injuries were also found on the person of the deceased.
Having heard both sides, considering the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12817 of 2018 (3) dt.19-04-2018 2/2 circumstances of the case, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail and the same is accordingly dismissed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunil/- U T
