2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 88/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447/323/307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the petitioner has killed the father of the victim. Now, the petitioner has tried to kill the victim. The petitioner is in jail since 19.06.2023.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this application for grant of bail is dismissed.
