2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 194 of 2025 dated 24.07.2025 registered for the offence/s punishable u/ss 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 76, 109, 85, 352, 351(2) read with section 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and the co-accused persons are alleged to have tortured the informant mentally and physically due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78495 of 2025(2) dt.17-11-2025 2/2 that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners are the other than husband of the informant. The petitioners neither demanded any dowry nor tortured the informant. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the allegation being general and omnibus, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, Purnea in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 194 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the BNSS.

8. The application stands allowed.
