The instant application has been filed for the following relief/s:

"For commanding the respondent authorities to extend the benefit of reservation to the petitioner (socially and economically backward) and the likewise persons not less than thousands in number as the same necessarily warrant so in view of the fact that the State Govt. amended the reservation Rules-2019, bringing 10% reservation by way of making relaxation is qualifying marks of CTET degree for economically weaker section by way of issuing writ of mandamus in as much as quashing the

Patna High Court CWJC No.23403 of 2019(2) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 advertisement dt. 04.10.2019 (annexure-1) published for employment of Panchayat Primary teacher and Urban Primary teacher by issuing writ of certiorari as the same suffers from want of 10% reservation for the economically weaker section people."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to approach the authorities concerned for redressal of his grievances. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
