JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-07-2022 In compliance of the earlier order of this Court dated 14.07.2022, the arrears of pension for the period 01.01.2017 to 31.01.2022 has already been sanctioned by the Office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Government of Bihar, Patna vide memo dated 15.07.2022.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.23652 of 2019(9) dt.21-07-2022 2/2 respondent State that the payment to the tune of Rs. 27,62,518/- shall definitely be made by 5th August, 2022. It is directed accordingly.

As far as the subsisting grievances of the petitioner are concerned, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to agitate the same, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off, however with a direction to the respondent- State to make payment of the aforesaid arrears of pension by 5th of August, 2022, failing which the Additional Chief Secretary, Road Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Patna shall not draw his salary.
