The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 13.10.2022, whereby P.S. name is wrongly typed as "Ladania" instead of "Lalmaniya".

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the P.S. name has wrongly been mentioned in the petition as "Ladania" instead of "Lalmaniya". In view of the submission above, this application is allowed. The order dated 13.10.2022 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16039 of 2023(2) dt.15-03-2023 2/2 No. 41301 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall surrender before learned Additional Sessions Judge 2nd-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Lalmaniya P.S. Case No. 184 of 2021, within a period of further four weeks from today. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.

The application stands allowed to the above extent.
