The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 354-B of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made stating, inter alias, that grand daughter of the informant aged about 12 years student of Class V went to her school,. the petitioner who is husband of teacher has caught hold the hand of the victim and creating indecent abnormal behaviour. When it was objected then he left her hand.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Shashi Sharma alias Shashi Bhushan
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11856 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 Kumar, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghoshi (Okari) P.S. Case No.308 of 2015, G.R. No. 2228 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
