This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No.04 of 2022, registered for offences under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to enable him to surrender before the learned Court below, within a period of four weeks from today and avail the privilege of regular bail, considering the fact that the victim girl, in her statement made under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1283 of 2023(2) dt.22-05-2023 2/2 Section 164 Cr.P.C., before the learned Magistrate has not supported the case of the prosecution, however, submits that the learned Trial Court be directed to consider and dispose off the bail petition, to be filed by the petitioner, on the very same day.

It is directed accordingly.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
