2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 109, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per prosecution case, all the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the informant due to which he sustained injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. All the injuries to the injured are simple in nature except one injury in the left nasal bone with soft tissue swelling which is found grievous in nature. Informant has not disclosed the reason for the occurrence. Learned counsel
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80206 of 2025(2) dt.06-01-2026 2/2 further submits that informant was teasing the women who were watching the band party, therefore, some scuffle took place in which informant sustained some injuries. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They undertake to cooperate in the investigation and trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the bail application.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Bhabua (Kaimur) in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 278 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita.
