The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 138 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in the commission of theft and caught red-handed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.06.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than six months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
