2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Alouli P.S. Case No. 152 of 2025 instituted under Sections 126(2), 318(4), 316(2), 115(2), 338, 336, 340(2), 308(5) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The bail application of the petitioner was filed by claiming that the petitioner has clean antecedent. Subsequently, the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit saying that he has one antecedent.

4. This practice of suppressing criminal antecedents and thereafter subsequently mentioning antecedents in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76286 of 2025(4) dt.10-03-2026 2/2 supplementary affidavit is deprecated by this Court.

5. This application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh anticipatory bail application.
