1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State University Service Commission.

2. The Court is not inclined to entertain the writ application on the ground that it suffers from non-joinder of parties and at the same time the result published by the Commission is also not under challenge.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Commission rightly submits that in the event, if the writ
